Lovely apartment, beautifully decorated and very clean. Cosy place to stay in winter. Easy parking and a short walk to the centre. Great welcome basket with cookies and popcorn. Thank you for providing all the information we needed. Highly recommended!

For the price, we got great value with a bright and comfortable room that had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of this apartment was perfect for me. Just a short walk and I was in the heart of the city. I loved taking a stroll along the beautiful river nearby. The apartment itself was bright, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for my stay. The welcome pack with tea, coffee, and treats was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the apartment was spotless. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting York. And having the on-street parking permit was a huge bonus.
That there was quite a bit of paperwork to deal with for a short stay. Also, it got quite hot in the apartment, and there was no air conditioning.

The comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep, and the modern bathroom had an awesome shower. the check-in process was easy and quick, with prompt responses to any queries I had. I also appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and cooking supplies that were available in the cupboards.
there was quite a bit of noise coming from the nearby road, which made it difficult to get a proper night's rest. I had to use earplugs to block out the noise.
